So, what’s the role all about?
The Full Stack Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, and implementation of web-based applications. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to create end-to-end solutions. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices for software development and ensuring the quality and performance of the products we deliver.
How will you make an impact?
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of large-scale web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- End-to-End Development: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications.
- Tech Stack Expertise: Expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies such as JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.
- Cloud Architecture: Design cloud-native applications and ensure integration with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide senior developers, providing technical direction and ensuring that the team adheres to architectural guidelines and industry best practices.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Advocate for clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Lead efforts to enforce coding standards and perform code reviews.
- CI/CD & Automation: Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Performance Tuning & Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
- Security: Implement best practices for application security, ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Documentation: Provide thorough documentation for system architecture, processes, and codebases.
- Agile Methodology: Work within agile teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Have you got what it takes?
- 12+ years of experience in full-stack development and architecture.
- Expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with deep knowledge of frameworks like React, Angular, NET
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application architecture.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and web services.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and version control systems (Git).
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
