Role: Specialist (4I Professional I)
Reports into: Manager Job Description: Responsible for managing & executing close process and applying the technical skills of Power BI, Ms Access, SQL database
Responsibilities:
• Prepares monthly financial reporting packages with detailed commentary
• Liaison with US stakeholders to drive conversation on business dynamics and requirement
• Builds bottoms-up budget templates and partner with business leaders to identify drivers/measures to achieve top-down budget targets.
• Prepares Monthly Non-Payroll and Payroll Accruals
• Work on SOX and other Internal Audits
• Performs quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
• Drive the reporting and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dashboarding, and business intelligence programs.
• Builds and manages financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
• Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
• Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required
Qualification Requirements:
• Graduate/post-graduate/ MBA- Finance
• Experience using and demonstrating strong proficiency with o Microsoft SQL, Power BI and DAX, o Managing databases and data modeling
• Experience with ERP(Oracle), EPBCS(Hyperion) and Workday preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
