Key Responsibilities
1. Data & Database Validation
- Validate and maintain internal analyst and client databases for accuracy and completeness.
- Review incoming data for consistency, structure, and basic quality checks.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or errors and flag them for resolution.
- Track versions and updates to datasets and submissions.
2. Data Product Support & Submission Operations
- Assist in launching and maintaining data products, ensuring smooth operational execution.
- Manage and load client data submissions into internal systems (e.g., S3, shared repositories).
- Ensure files are named, stored, and versioned correctly according to defined standards.
- Confirm successful receipt and loading of submissions.
- Maintain basic audit records (timestamps, submitter, file types).
3. Documentation & Meeting Support
- Draft clear, concise meeting notes from internal and client-facing discussions.
- Summarize key decisions, action items, and next steps.
- Maintain shared documentation repositories (guidance, FAQs, internal notes).
- Support creation and upkeep of operational playbooks and checklists.
4. Operational Coordination & Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with Substantive Research, Commcise, and Euronext teams as needed.
- Support account managers and internal teams with operational tasks.
- Help prepare submission guidance or follow-up materials for clients.
- Monitor operational inboxes or notifications related to submissions.
- Escalate issues clearly and promptly when standards are not met.
5. Process Improvement (Expected Over Time)
- Suggest improvements to operational workflows and documentation.
- Help standardize recurring tasks as the product matures.
- Contribute to building scalable processes to support future growth.
