Position Overview:



The Solution Engineer (SE) – India is a trusted technical and mission partner to Cellebrite’s account teams and customers across India. This role is critical in helping government, law enforcement, defence, and enterprise customers adopt Cellebrite’s end‑to‑end Digital Intelligence (DI) platform to accelerate investigations, improve operational efficiency, and preserve privacy.

As a Solution Engineer, you will combine deep product expertise, digital investigation domain knowledge, and strong customer communication skills to shape solution strategy, lead technical presales engagements, and guide customers toward measurable outcomes using Cellebrite technologies.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Discovery & Investigative Value Mapping

• Lead structured discovery sessions to understand customer investigative workflows, legal constraints, data volumes, security requirements, and organisational objectives.
• Translate customer challenges into clear problem statements aligned to Cellebrite use cases such as mobile device extraction, digital evidence analysis, cloud investigations, and data management.
• Articulate the operational and mission value of Cellebrite solutions (e.g. reduced time‑to‑evidence, increased case throughput, analyst efficiency, backlog reduction).

Cellebrite Solution Design & Technical Ownership

• Design and position end‑to‑end solutions across Cellebrite’s portfolio, including UFED, Inseyets, Pathfinder, Commander, Inspector, Guardian, and related services.
• Own solution architecture for assigned opportunities, covering on‑premises, SaaS, hybrid, and secure deployment models based on customer and regulatory needs.
• Ensure technical accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with Cellebrite product capabilities and roadmaps.

Demonstrations, Workshops & Proofs

• Deliver compelling, scenario‑based demonstrations and technical workshops tailored to Indian customer use cases and investigative environments.
• Plan and support proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), pilots, and technical evaluations, defining success criteria and guiding customers to outcome‑based validation.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical practitioners (forensic examiners, analysts, IT teams) and senior decision‑makers.

Deal Support & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy, support qualification, and influence deal progression and close.
• Contribute technical input to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and framework responses, including solution descriptions, architectures, and compliance mappings.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to ensure strong feedback loops and smooth transition to delivery.

Regional Expertise & Evangelism

• Develop strong awareness of India‑specific market dynamics, regulatory environments, procurement models, and customer expectations.
• Share regional learnings, reusable assets, and best practices with APAC and global Solutions Engineering teams.
• Act as a technical ambassador for Cellebrite at customer briefings, partner events, and regional industry forums.

Required Skills & Experience



• 10 Years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Presales, or Solutions Architecture, ideally supporting complex enterprise or government customers.
• Strong customer‑facing communication skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to investigative and operational outcomes.
• Experience designing and presenting solution architectures involving data processing, security, and hybrid or air‑gapped environments.
• Comfortable operating in multi‑stakeholder, multi‑country sales cycles and taking technical ownership of opportunities.
• Willingness to travel across India as required.

Desirable Experience



• At least 5 years’ experience supporting law enforcement, defence, intelligence, public sector, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with digital forensics, mobile data extraction, cloud investigations, or large‑scale data analytics environments.
• Experience responding to government tenders and working within procurement and compliance frameworks in India (e.g. GeM, state and central police/defence procurement, GFR guidelines).
• Prior exposure to Cellebrite products or similar Digital Intelligence platforms.
