Tatum has experienced exponential growth in the last years, working with protocols like Cardano, Celo, Polygon, Solana, and onboarding enterprise customers. To support our commercial growth, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will engage with several projects that want to build fantastic blockchain applications. Your mission is to understand their technical requirements and articulate how they would build it using Tatum.
What does a Solutions Engineer in Tatum do?
- Work in tandem with the Sales team to evangelize and demonstrate Tatum to new prospects and partners via presentations and product demos.
- Coach prospects engineering teams on the best way to use Tatum to build their blockchain applications.
- Develop technical documentation for prospects or help our community to build on Tatum.
- Solve existing customers' technical issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or similar technical customer-facing role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Strong ability to build demo applications and proof-of-concepts using JavaScript/TypeScript
- Ability to create clear developer-facing guides, integration documentation, and technical enablement materials
- Proven experience collaborating directly with customers to design optimized and effective solutions for integrating API solutions
