- Lead and guide the SAP implementation process, providing architectural guidance and best practices.
- Design and develop SAP solutions, focusing on Finance, Controlling, and HCM modules.
- Integrate SAP with third-party CRMs like Salesforce, utilizing SAP BTP or SuccessFactors APIs.
- Perform data queries and validate logs using SQL or ABAP, ensuring data integrity.
- Make minor adjustments to integration scripts to enhance data flow and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Document and maintain SAP solution architecture, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Must have:
- A degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science is preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in ERP/CRM data management or integration is essential.
- Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, specifically FI, CO, and HCM, is a must.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP or SuccessFactors APIs and their integration with Salesforce is required.
- Experience with SAP tables related to Finance and HR is necessary.
- Proficiency in SQL or ABAP for data querying and script adjustments is a key requirement.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and their application in ERP environments.
