What you’ll do

  • Strong knowledge of Java languages and web development frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices and Struts.

  • Strong knowledge of database technologies and SQL.

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, and Docker) and build tools like Maven & Gradle.

  • Working Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud).

  • Experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in mainstream Java, SpringBoot, microservices, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  • Must have experience in developing REST Services using Spring

What experience you need

  • 7+ years of demonstrable experience in Java development (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices).

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

  • Experience in technical solutioning and leading/mentoring teams

  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Agile or Scrum).

  • Knowledge in developing web applications using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with good teamwork capabilities.

  • Team Management and Customer Interactions.

  • Drive up-to-date technical documentation including support, end user documentation and run books

  • Lead Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and other team activity

  • Experience designing and developing microservices using Java, SpringBoot, GCP SDKs, GKE/Kubernetes

  • Active Cloud Certification

  • Experience designing and developing big data processing solutions using Dataflow/Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, PubSub, GCS, Composer/Airflow, and others.
