Develop and maintain automation workflows using RPA tools and programming languages. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, test and debug bots, document solutions, monitor deployments, troubleshoot failures, support financial close and period management, manage technology refreshes, assist with feed transitions, and support audit requests and system stability.
Software Development to automate new processes with resolution of incidents and problem tickets, Financial close and period management (monthly, quarterly, year-end), Managing tech refresh, Splitter process support and transition of feeds to new GL S4 process, Project Planning and management, Support internal and external audit requests and run the business and keep the system stable and operational.
Responsibilities- Process Analysis: Learn how to review business operations and identify automation opportunities.
- Bot Development: Build simple automation workflows using tools like PEGA RPA, C#.
- Testing & Debugging: Run test scripts, identify errors in bot execution, and fix basic bugs.
- Documentation: Create solution design documents (SDD) and user manuals detailing step-by-step bot logic.
- Maintenance: Monitor deployed bots and assist in troubleshooting operational failures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related technical fields.
- Years of Experiance-0 to 3
- Programming Basics: Knowledge of core programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Python.
- RPA Tool Exposure: Academic projects, internships, or foundational certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
