About the team:
As a QA Engineer in the FIS Private Equity Suite team you’ll be working on projects for international clients and supporting agile teams to develop a world class Private Equity solution, joining a team of motivated professionals responsible for the development of our core product.
Operating in a dynamic and dispersed environment creating complex software applications will require you to be creative and motivated, with strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
What you will be doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Angular-based web applications
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers to implement high-quality user experiences
- Integrating front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to best practices
- Troubleshooting and debugging application issues
- Conforming to existing development processes and standards
- Interpreting functional requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Analyzing complex problems and proposing effective solutions
What you bring
- Strong expertise in Angular (v12+ preferred) and TypeScript
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, RxJS)
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
- Agile software methodology experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) is a plus
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
