- Design and implement multi-tier software using modern Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, Web API).
- Develop and deploy cloud-based applications, leveraging Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Participate in requirements reviews and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Own end-to-end delivery of key modules, from design through deployment and support.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code using .NET programming languages and best practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Continuously improve existing software using industry-standard refactoring approaches.
- Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate within a fast-paced team delivering IT solutions to business clients.
- Contribute ideas and implementations during Hackathons and innovation initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience as a .NET Developer (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Cloud experience required—Azure preferred; other cloud platforms are acceptable.
- Strong proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, Entity Framework).
- Hands-on experience with C#, Web APIs, and React (or comparable modern front-end frameworks).
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborative development practices.
- CI/CD experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Knowledge of data ETL technologies (e.g., Databricks, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric) is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality and maintainability.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
