Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain features for the Admin Center and AI-powered Admin Copilot that enhance the daily experience of account administrators.
Develop high-quality, scalable frontend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, while contributing to backend services built with Java or similar technologies.
Integrate and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)–based features, enabling intelligent workflows and automation for admin tasks.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Product Management, Design, and AI Engineering to drive customer-impacting feature development.
Own components end-to-end, from technical design to deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements, ensuring reliability and performance of the platform.
Must-Have Skills and Experiences
6 to 8 years of professional experience as a fullstack or frontend-focused software engineer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
Hands-on experience in backend development using Java or similar object-oriented languages.
Exposure to or direct experience implementing AI/ML or LLM-based features in production systems.
Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable, and user-centric solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and autonomous work style.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with prompt engineering, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks for AI agents.
Understanding of accessibility, performance, and security in enterprise-grade applications.
Experience working with internal platforms or extensibility frameworks.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
