About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Web Analytics, Experimentation platforms, and scalable systems. This is more than just a coding role — it's an opportunity to influence architectural decisions, mentor others, and help shape the future of our technology stack. What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and scale backend services in .NET Core and frontend applications using React, Redux, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Architect scalable systems for high-traffic environments, ensuring reliability, observability, and extensibility.
- Contribute to our experimentation platform by building robust data pipelines and analytics integrations that support data-driven decisions.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful features from conception to deployment.
- Improve developer productivity and deployment confidence by enhancing CI/CD pipelines and dev tooling.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E tests, with quality built in from the start.
- Participate in and lead code and design reviews, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident response, ensuring system resilience.
- Drive engineering excellence by staying up to date on emerging technologies and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack web development.
- Advanced skills in React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript on the frontend.
- Proven backend experience with .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and event-driven or service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics frameworks, and instrumenting user behavior for experimentation.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and fault-tolerant systems in a production environment.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Passion for clean, maintainable code and strong knowledge of software design principles.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating across multiple teams to define and build the right solution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
