Benefits
EarthSense's mission is to deliver asset-level geospatial intelligence at planetary scale. We translate frontier R&D into operational systems that map, model, and forecast risks to critical infrastructure.
Our flagship platform, GeoTwin 4D, is a sovereign, AI-accelerated digital twin that fuses space- and ground-based observations to monitor cities, dams, and strategic assets.
Founded by IIT Delhi alumni and faculty, EarthSense Labs is a geospatial AI deep-tech startup supported by the IndiaAI Mission, ISRO IN-SPACe, and NVIDIA Inception. Our growing team brings together expertise in satellites, AI, supercomputing, and LiDAR.
Product-Focused Frontend Engineering
Frontend engineering at EarthSense focuses on building robust, data-driven interfaces for geospatial and AI-powered systems. Our frontend engineers work with APIs, streaming data, and model outputs to ensure accurate state management, performant visualizations, and reliable user workflows.
The goal is to ship complete, end-to-end product features that deliver real value - not isolated screens. We look for frontend engineers who think in terms of outcomes, iterate quickly, and care deeply about how the entire system behaves in real-world use.
Key Responsibilities- Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into responsive, reusable, and maintainable frontend components.
- Develop and maintain modern applications using React/ Next.js
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs (REST / GraphQL / Websockets), including authentication flows, error states, and data loading strategies
- Implement and maintain design systems or component libraries shared across products.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, with a focus on performance and accessibility.
- Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and render optimization.
- Work closely with backend, mobile, and design teams to iterate quickly and and deliver cohesive product experiences.
- Implement logging/monitoring hooks including analytics events and error tracking to support debugging.
Requirements
You’re not expected to have experience with everything listed, but you should be excited to build upon your skills, learn quickly, and deliver real-world scale.
