Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients. Your role involves overseeing the software development process and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience in developing and configuring software systems
- Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 years full time education is required
