Job Description: Social Media, Content Creator & Video Editor

Role Overview

A reputed organization in the hospitality and hotels & resorts industry is looking for a creative, hands-on, and highly energetic Social Media, Content Creator & Video Editor to manage and create engaging digital content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for hospitality, travel, photography, and short-form video content and should be capable of independently conceptualising, shooting, editing, and publishing content rather than merely managing social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  
• Create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories, and social media campaigns.
  
• Shoot and edit content related to hotels, food, rooms, guest experiences, destinations, and hospitality offerings.
  
• Edit short-form videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools.
  
• Develop monthly content calendars and social media plans.
  
• Write engaging captions and coordinate with relevant teams for content requirements.
  
• Identify and utilise trending Reels, sounds, formats, and hospitality content trends.
  
• Coordinate photoshoots and create content during hotel/resort visits.
  
• Maintain a consistent brand look, tone, and visual identity.
  
• Track basic social media performance and suggest improvements.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or video editing.
  
• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brands will be preferred.
  
• Strong skills in Reels, short-form video editing, and content creation.
  
• Good photography and videography skills.
  
• Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
  
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple content requirements.
  
• Ability to independently conceptualise, shoot, edit, and publish content.
  
• Willingness and ability to travel to hotels/resorts whenever required.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field will be preferred.
  
• Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio of social media/video work will be highly valued.
  

Compensation

• Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
