ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architect Job Title: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architect Location: Anywhere in India (Hybrid) Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in IRM, strong architectural experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Design and architect ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements. • Lead end-to-end implementation of IRM modules such as: o Policy & Compliance o Risk Management o Vendor Risk Management (VRM) o Audit Management • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and solutions. • Develop, customize, and configure IRM applications using best practices. • Integrate IRM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications. • Conduct impact analysis, solution reviews, and architecture governance. • Ensure system scalability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow coding standards. • Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators. • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for business users. • Collaborate with security, audit, compliance, and IT stakeholders. Technical Expertise: ▪ IRM Solution Architecture: Design scalable end‑to‑end architectures across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Issue, VRM, and BCM. ▪ ServiceNow Technical Mastery: Expertise in scoped app design, data models, Flow Designer, ACLs, security, and upgrade‑safe configurations. ▪ Risk & Compliance Mapping: Translate regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, NIST, PCI, GDPR) into robust IRM assessments and control models. ▪ Enterprise Integrations: Architect secure integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and enterprise data patterns. ▪ Governance & Scale: Define IRM standards, performance strategy, CI/CD, ATF, and provide technical leadership. ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architect Required Qualifications & Experience: • 10+ years total IT experience with 7+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM architecture, data models, and workflows. • Hands-on experience with configuration, scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, client/server scripts, ACLs, Business Rules, and integrations. • Strong understanding of GRC/IRM frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, etc.). • Experience in integrating IRM with external systems (using REST/SOAP). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications CSA, CAD, CIS - ITSM and CIS - R&C Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
