ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer Job Title: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer Location: Anywhere in India (Hybrid) Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. Certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS-ITSM, CIS-R&C with experience in IRM/GRC, Advance Risk Assessment are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. ▪ Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements. ▪ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. ▪ Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports. ▪ Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications. ▪ Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users. ▪ Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. ▪ Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices, and industry trends. Technical Expertise: ▪ ServiceNow Platform Development: Strong hands-on skills in server-side and client side scripting, Flow Designer, ACLs, and general ServiceNow configuration. ▪ IRM/GRC Functional Expertise: Practical experience with ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Issue, Audit, VRM) and core GRC concepts like risk scoring, controls, and remediation. ▪ Data Model & Automation: Ability to configure IRM data models, assessments, risk calculations, workflows, and automate end‑to‑end GRC processes. ▪ Integrations & Data Management: Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, import sets, transform maps, MID Server, and integrating external risk or enterprise systems. ▪ Reporting, Governance & Compliance: Skilled in dashboards, risk heat maps, performance analytics, upgrades, testing (ATF), and security/compliance best practices. ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer Required Qualifications & Experience: ▪ 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. 3+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module. ▪ Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript (Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly. ▪ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer. ▪ Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces. ▪ Strong proficiency in ServiceNow GRC modules, including IRM. ▪ Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes. ▪ Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server. ▪ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. ▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Certifications CSA, CAD, CIS - ITSM and CIS - R&C Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
