In this role, you will be responsible for the development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules to help streamline our IT service management processes. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing user experience and improving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms and data sources.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure efficient system operation.
- Document development processes, application designs, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to users when necessary.
- Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve implementations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficient in ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools like REST and SOAP web services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Developer Certification or related certifications.
- Experience with ITIL processes and practices.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
