ServiceNow CSM Administrator (Offshore- Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the ServiceNow CSM module (portals, cases, workflows, SLAs).
• Perform routine platform maintenance, user management, and security updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.
• Support onshore teams with deployments and documentation.

 

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of ServiceNow administration experience (CSM module preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configurations (UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs).
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS-CSM preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for offshore coordination.
