Job Title: SEO Specialist

Location: Hybrid

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a data-driven and creative SEO Specialist to help us dominate organic search and drive high-quality traffic to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage an advanced SEO strategy tailored for SaaS growth.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly, high-quality content targeting our audience's search intent.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking and traffic growth.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for enhanced visibility.
• Technical SEO: Ensure website health by addressing crawl errors, improving site speed, and maintaining mobile-friendliness.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics like organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Link Building: Execute white-hat link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development, product, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SEO roles for service based companies.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, including schema markup, page speed optimization, and sitemaps.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
