Job Description –

InnoMind Technologies is seeking a candidate for a self driven, goal oriented, creative and experienced web developer and will work on open source projects for ecommerce and CMS solutions in web and mobile technologies to design, code, test and document new features according to client business requirements. The individual should have a creative bent of mind, a team worker yet an efficient independent worker, with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. The developer must be proactive and reactive.

In this role, you are Responsible/Accountable for:

• Creates architecture that integrates the presentation layer with back end solutions.
• Possess an  intense drive to learn how to improve our core services offerings and deliverables to our clients.
• Creative, innovate forward thinking abilities, able to develop mobile friendly, optimized websites.
• Provide technical support to clients and understand system architecture with the ability to pay attention to detail and optimize performance.
• Commited to learning through actively participate in code reviews and solution demonstration, develop and integrate 3rd party social networking API Tools.
• Conducting learning sessions every week to improve team members performance and help them to learn new things.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or equivalent degree or experience.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of PHP5.x and MySQL.
• Good Hands-on HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/AJAX.
• Proficient in Javascript frameworks like jQuery,Moo tools.
• Proficient in CMS like Wordpress/Joomla
• Experience with PHP framework like CodeIgniter/Zend
• Experience with native iOS/Andriod applications framework or titanium, phonegap.
• Provides & optimizes resources to team members, allocates resources appropriately, overlook all team functions & Developments.
• Must be a keen learner, able to work and grow in a fast paced development environment, flexible in changing methods of working as we are currently venturing in to new markets and projects.
