- Lead application product testing across multiple platforms, including Open Source K8s, RHEL OpenShift and Public Clouds (AWS, Google, Azure).
- Contribute to test automation efforts using Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium, including script writing, failure analysis and debugging.
- Develop and review comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring extensive coverage of functional, boundary and negative scenarios.
- Build working relationships with Product Management, Architecture, Development and Project Management teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Initiate and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, ensuring that the application products meet performance benchmarks.
- Stay at the forefront of new technologies, including Microservices, Kubernetes, SDN/NFV, and Cloud solutions, to continuously improve testing practices and solutions.
- Drive product quality by identifying testing improvements and focusing on the overall software development and testing lifecycles.

Must Have Skills:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering stream between 8 to 14 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium for writing test scripts and analyzing automation failures.
- Experience in Open Source Kubernetes, RHEL OpenShift, Public Clouds (AWS, Google, Azure), and containerized environments.
- Extensive experience in application product E2E system testing within Networking, EMS/NMS, and Telecom domains.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques to ensure the scalability and efficiency of applications.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with key Telecom technologies including SNMP, Netconf/Yang, SDN/NFV, FCAPS, and Microservices.
- Understanding of security testing methodologies and the ability to identify vulnerabilities in cloud-based applications.
- Deeper knowledge of telecom protocols and network management practices for better test scenario creation and execution.
