Primary Responsibilities:
- Portfolio & Workforce Management Support
- Maintain the accuracy of capacity planning tools and follow up on exceptions related to new requisition allocations and staffing changes, including attrition, backfills, and new resources
- Review requisition submissions for accuracy, identify and resolve discrepancies with submitters, and perform standard validation checks based on established criteria
- Respond to requisition creation inquiries and provide guidance as needed
- Prepare and provide regular status updates and exception reports to leadership
- Perform data entry, tracking, and analysis to support portfolio and workforce management activities
- Support capacity and demand forecasting activities and planning cycles
- Technology Program & Project Management Support
- Support Technology Program and Project Managers with day-to-day program and project management activities
- Track key milestones and collaborate with project teams to execute against detailed project plans, dependencies, and predecessors
- Capture and consolidate delivery status to support stakeholder communications, including progress, obstacles, dependencies, and risks
- Partner with program leads to identify gaps, issues, and areas requiring follow-up
- Support PPM Optics project setup and maintain allocation changes
- Project Delivery
- Manage lightweight projects by developing project plans, defining key milestones, coordinating activities, and driving delivery to completion
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting and budget tracking
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools
- Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management training and/or certifications
- Familiarity with Copilot or other AI-related tools
- Understanding of demand and capacity forecasting
