ABOUT THE STRATEGIC HR PARTNER:
We’re looking to bring on a Strategic HR Partner to join our growing WIN team! You bring 5+ years of experience, with a primary focus on HR business partnering—driving employee engagement, performance conversations, and aligning people strategy with business goals. You also have hands-on experience in recruitment, capable of owning the hiring lifecycle as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and teams, supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Lead core HRBP responsibilities including employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, and talent development
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into people strategies
- Own and support recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers
- Source talent through ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels when needed
- Act as a culture ambassador and help shape a positive, transparent, and feedback-driven environment
- Share timely insights with stakeholders and continuously improve HR and recruitment practices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience with a clear majority in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with business stakeholders
- High level of integrity, empathy, and business acumen
- Passionate about people, performance, and purpose
