Primary Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for AI agents built using Google Conversational Agents. Conduct testing for IVR systems using Cyara to ensure robustness, reliability, and scalability. Perform end-to-end testing for conversational AI workflows, including intent recognition, context handling, and response accuracy
• UI Testing: Conduct User Interface (UI) testing to ensure the AI agent's front-end components are functioning seamlessly. Identify and troubleshoot UI design issues, including responsiveness and accessibility
• Automation Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive testing scenarios using tools like Selenium, Appium, or equivalent frameworks.Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
• Performance Testing: Conduct load testing, stress testing, and performance benchmarking for AI and IVR systems. Collaborate with developers to optimize system performance
• Documentation and Reporting: Document test results, file bugs, and provide actionable feedback to the development team. Prepare detailed test reports, including quality metrics and KPIs
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in AI testing
• Recommend process improvements and testing strategies to enhance software quality
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with 2+ years focused on AI systems and IVR testing
• Proven experience in testing projects involving Google Dialogflow or other conversational AI platforms
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advance platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for AI integration, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance workflows and decision-making
