Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement scalable applications using Python (NumPy, Pandas), Java
• Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions leveraging Azure Cloud services
• Implement data models, data processing pipelines, and integrations across multiple systems
• Perform data analysis and transformation using Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
• Configure and customize applications using objects, workflows, automation, and system configurations
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Einstein GPT) to:
  • Generate and optimize code
  • Improve existing logic
  • Auto-create unit test cases
  • Identify and fix security vulnerabilities
• Build custom AI capabilities using:
  • Copilot Builder
  • Prompt Builder
  • Model Builder
• Ensure high code quality using SonarQube, secure coding practices, and performance optimization techniques
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable systems
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development using:
  • Python (NumPy, Pandas)
  • Java / Spring Boot
  • API development and integrations
• Solid experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare domain (HEDIS / quality measures)
• Experience working with AI-driven development or productivity tools
• Exposure to microservices architecture
