Your Role:
Our services chew out GBs of data for every single API call in the blink of an eye with help of cutting edge infrastructure and tools. Be a part of a high performing, thriving team to design, develop and optimize highly scalable microservices for Tenable VM Cloud product. You should be able to troubleshoot and debug services owned by the team and come up with ideas for long term fixes providing enhancements.

What You'll Need:

B.S. degree in Computer Science or a directly related field, or equivalent work experience
-
Strong understanding of design patterns and data structures
-
4+ years of software development experience in Java, Kotlin, Groovy, Kafka, SQL / NoSQL, Gradle, AWS and Docker
-
Must have a strong problem solving skills and the ability to work both in a self-directed manner and as part of a team
-
Mentor and collaborate with software engineers on the team
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong understanding of Agile and a full software development life cycle (SDLC) : requirements analysis, design, estimation, development, quality control and unit testing
Additional Desired Skills:
-
Experience with multi-threaded and async programming
-
Development experience with languages such as Kotlin, Groovy or Python

Experience developing cloud-based applications for use in Public Cloud environments

Experience with OpenAPI
