This position is located in our Pune Office.
This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work closely with UX, backend, and product teams to design and deliver a world-class graph visualization platform. If you’re passionate about React, TypeScript, and turning complex data into elegant interfaces, we’d love to talk.
- Build intuitive and scalable UIs with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Canvas
- Lead UI architecture, component design, and coding standards
- Collaborate with UX to create smooth, consistent workflows for graph visualization
- Integrate with GraphQL APIs and partner with backend teams on API design
- Mentor engineers, share best practices, and champion modern UI patterns
- Contribute to testing, monitoring, and incident response to ensure product quality
- 6+ years of professional UI development experience
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
- Experience with Canvas-based rendering or graph visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js) is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of design patterns (hooks, state management, componentization)
- Comfortable working across teams in an agile environment
- Experience with UI testing frameworks (Vitest, Cypress, etc.)
- Bonus: Docker/Kubernetes, accessibility (WCAG), or i18n.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
30 days
Get familiar with the product, codebase, and engineering workflows.
Set up your development environment and contribute to UI features or bug fixes.
Collaborate with the team to understand product goals, architecture, and design standards.
90 days:
Own and deliver features in React/TypeScript/TailwindCSS across the app, including both visualization and standard UI components.
Participate in design discussions and contribute to UI performance and accessibility improvements.
Strengthen collaboration with backend/data engineers to optimize data-driven and interactive experiences.
6 months:
Lead design and implementation of new UI features and components, including improvements to both visualization and general product interactions.
Influence architecture and coding standards for interactive, scalable UIs.
Deliver production-ready features that improve user experience and have measurable customer impact.
Help shape team culture through collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
