As a Software Engineering - Developer at ServiceNow, you will lead in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specs, you'll implement identified components, ensuring they are documented, unit-tested, and integration-ready. You'll architect solutions, test code, and build CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum 7+ years of development experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Hands-on experience in ITOM modules and other basic modules like ITSM, CMDB, Virtual Agent etc.
• Hands-on experience on Automation in Infrastructure domain(Network, Systems, Security, Cloud etc) and also using ServiceNow ITOM modules - Event Mgmt, Cloud Management, HLA, Discovery, CMDB etc.
• Hands-on experience in implementing various integration using REST, SOAP, Integration hub, store apps and plugins etc.
• ServiceNow mainline certification(s) - CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform components like business rules, client scripts, UI policies. UI actions, Form designer, Flow designer, ACLs etc.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on AI/ML and building solutions for IT Domain.
• Create interactive and engaging software demonstrations that showcase the platform's capabilities
