Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI and mobile architecture across web UI, Android (Java and native), and React Native
• Own front-end and service-layer design, ensuring clean APIs, scalable UI patterns, and seamless integrations
• Drive development of reusable UI components, shared mobile modules, and full-stack frameworks
• Make key technical decisions across UI, backend Java services, and mobile platforms
• Ensure performance, stability, security, and accessibility across web and native mobile applications
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams on solution design and delivery
• Review code, enforce engineering standards, and manage technical debt
• Mentor engineers and lead execution for high-quality, on-time releases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience with strong focus on UI and mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with API design/integration, performance optimization, and secure application development
• Experience leading full stack development across Web UI, Java backend, Android (Java/native), and React Native
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical leadership in cross functional teams
• Solid expertise in UI architecture, component design, and mobile frameworks
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and production support ownership
• Proven excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
