Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced, client-focused Senior Salesforce Product Specialist with 5–7 years of Salesforce experience, including strong expertise in business analysis, data modeling, and SaaS product implementations.
You'll play a key role in onboarding clients onto District360, leading discovery, defining requirements, coordinating data migration, and ensuring successful product adoption. Working closely with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams, you'll help deliver consistent, high-quality client outcomes while contributing to the continuous improvement of our onboarding practices.
Here's What You'll DoLead Client OnboardingLead end-to-end onboarding of new clients onto District360, from discovery through go-live.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience while managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
Partner with the Senior Administrator to coordinate client data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Apply strong data modeling principles to configure District360 based on each client's operational needs.
Validate migrated data and ensure overall data quality throughout implementation.
Work closely with the District360 Product team by sharing customer feedback, enhancement ideas, and implementation insights.
Participate in discussions around new features and product improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and product adoption.
Contribute to onboarding playbooks, documentation, templates, and best practices.
Identify recurring implementation challenges and recommend process improvements.
Maintain high-quality documentation including business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
Help clients maximize the value they receive from District360.
Have 5–7 years of Salesforce experience across administration, business analysis, and client-facing implementations.
Have successfully led SaaS onboarding or Salesforce implementation projects.
Possess strong business analysis and data modeling skills.
Have hands-on experience coordinating data migration activities.
Are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Can independently drive client engagements while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Have experience creating clear documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud.
Are familiar with Salesforce automation tools including Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Have worked alongside SaaS product teams and contributed implementation feedback.
Have experience working with nonprofits, civic organizations, or other mission-driven clients.
