The RPA Developer joins the GoDaddy FDAT (Finance Data, Automation, and Technology) team to pioneer automation solutions for Company operations
This position involves promoting the use of automation solutions by explaining technology, value, and service offerings to both business and technical users. The ideal candidate will discover potential opportunities for automation development, spearhead efforts to promote automation across the business, and implement automation strategy!
What you'll get to do...
- Help drive GoDaddy’s RPA Automation from end to end, including solution architecture, maintenance, and development
- Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues, risks, and opportunities affecting our automations, and lead all implementation/process development activities within the RPA team
- Run and maintain several existing RPA automations on UiPath Orchestrator and Studio inwith the ability to efficiently troubleshoot common and complex failures
- Support the team in identifying RPA automation opportunities for customers and partners
- Consistently apply current application development methodologies and improve the skills and abilities through adhering to documentation and GoDaddy standards
Your experience should include...
- 4+ years in enterprise improvement roles, plus 5+ years in process improvement or consultancy with digital transformation exposure
- Experience in working as a business analyst for an RPA Automation Program, with hands-on implementation experience
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and implementing changes in complex organizations while embracing a customer-focused approach to collaborator interaction
- Worked on cross-disciplined teams and working in a highly matrix environment across many different functional areas and IT leadership
You might also have...
- Licenses: UiPath Automation Solution Architect Developer preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with a variety of collaborators
