Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Proposal Engineer, you'll be part of a global team, contributing to diverse projects across regions in a hybrid work setup. You'll bring your techno-commercial expertise, product knowledge, and thoughtful documentation skills to create winning proposals. We're looking for someone who thinks creatively, handles pressure with ease, and excels in multi tasking. If you enjoy solving problems this role is for you.
You will report to the Team lead.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost-effective viable automation technical proposal based on client / tender requirement by using Rockwell Automation control products and Third-party Products.
- Prepare proposals with good quality on time and on budget with high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Prepare bottom-up costing for proposed solution.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelors in Electrical /Instrumentation / Control Automation / Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience on Industrial Automation.
- Willing to work the 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift.
- You will interface with multiple clients, both internal and external, including Customers, Sales, Distributors, PM's, Marketing, Drafting, and Manufacturing.
- Must express a high level of detail and accountability of completed work.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Awareness of electrical design standards, IEC codes.
- Exposure to different industry applications.
- Knowledge of best design practices, Industry standards and cost-effective solutions across Globe.
