Skills / Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management / project management / business analysis
  • Tangible history of improving processes and innovating new ways of working to align with business objectives
  • Experience growing and running a product, platform, or program end-to-end, to user success
  • Strong great teammate with ability to lead and inspire change at scale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse collaborators
  • Commercial competence, with ability to prioritize and complete tasks swiftly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to project manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, make data-driven decisions and deliver results quickly
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
  • Python proficiency preferred
  • Experience with AI, a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the head of Product Operations and Delivery by taking ownership of the product management platform, Aha, and influencing the adoption of standard methodologies in Aha
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business, collaborator, and client needs and align Aladdin’s Aha roadmap accordingly
  • Implement new Aha customizations, workflows, and tool integrations (e.g., Azure DevOps, ServiceNow) in collaboration with technology and business collaborators to support evolving product development lifecycle (“PDLC”) practices
  • Manage Aha vendor relationship by partnering with Aha's support team, suggesting improvements, and prioritizing them.
  • Onboard new users to Aha and manage Aha user support (e.g., answering user questions and coordinating office hours and trainings)
  • Run access management for Aha, including license procural, assignment, and analysis in collaboration with the Digital Tools and Finance teams
  • Serve as a PDLC Subject Matter Expert and partner with product and client teams to enable Aha adoption across the PDLC
  • Develop, implement and maintain Aha data hygiene standards and practices to support product roadmap reporting and insights
