About the Role:As a Senior Product Manager, you bring exceptional product instincts and a strong grasp of UX/UI design principles to drive strategy, execution, and delivery across the platform. You’ll be instrumental in translating complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, user-centric solutions, ensuring seamless, intuitive experiences across our web and mobile platforms.
This is a remote role with the option to work anywhere in India.
You Will:- Analyze user feedback and market trends to uncover insights that inform product improvements and innovation.
- Champion the voice of the user to shape features that drive real, measurable impact.
- Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate user insights, product data, and business requirements into clear, actionable product specs.
- Guide design processes by applying strong UX/UI sensibility to ensure intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers to enhance usability, aesthetics, and product consistency.
- Work side-by-side with engineers to scope technical feasibility, align on delivery timelines, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery, testing, and launch.
- Oversee testing and validation to ensure features meet quality standards, solve the right problems, and create value.
- Coordinate product launches with marketing and sales to maximize adoption and visibility across key channels.
- 5+ years in product management, with a strong focus on UX/UI design.
- BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related fields. MBA will be good to have but not necessary.
- Good understanding of UX/UI design principles, with the ability to guide design processes for optimal user experience.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams, with an understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and user feedback.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
