As a Senior Product Manager on the Freshworks Platform Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the communication and collaboration ecosystem for businesses worldwide. Qualifications
What You Bring
✅ 8+ years of experience in global/cross-functional software teams in a SaaS/product company.
✅ Knowledge of Distributed Systems
✅ Platforms mindset
✅ 5+ years of core product management experience, building features for internet-scale software products.
✅ Customer-first mindset with a strong ability to listen, empathize, and problem-solve.
✅ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
✅ A proven track record of making data-driven decisions while balancing long-term vision and fast-paced execution.
✅ Experience working in an agile, iterative environment, leveraging structured experimentation to drive impact.
