You Will:- Design AI-Driven Experiences: Develop user-centric, visually appealing interfaces that leverage AI and data to transform how users engage with real estate insights.
- User-Centric Approach: Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that simplify complex interactions and bring our product’s value to life.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to align design with product goals and strategic vision.
- Contribute to Design Systems: Help build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across products and enables rapid feature expansion.
- Iterate with Data: Use analytics, user feedback, and testing to inform and iterate on designs, enhancing usability and driving engagement.
- Present and Communicate: Clearly present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet user and business needs.
- Stay Current on Design and AI Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest in UI/UX and AI-enhanced design to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our product.
- Experience: 5+ years of product design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, marketing automation, or data-driven platforms; experience with AI-enhanced products is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, component libraries, and responsive design best practices; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping tools is a plus.
- Compelling Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, especially projects that involve complex data or AI-driven features.
- Analytical Approach: Ability to leverage data and user insights to make informed design decisions and iteratively enhance solutions.
- Excellent Communication: Clear, concise communication skills for effectively articulating design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
