We’re not a design-optional company. At BitGo, design leads product. We believe clarity, simplicity, and user trust are non-negotiables—and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer in our Bengaluru office to drive that standard forward.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process across complex, crypto-native products—from whiteboard to polished experience.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership. You’re not just invited—you’re driving.
- Design workflows, not just screens. You’ll architect experiences that make complex financial tools intuitive, fast, and safe.
- Translate abstract concepts (MPC wallets, DeFi integrations, staking flows, settlement protocols, etc.) into clear, simple, and actionable interfaces.
- Champion design thinking and user research as part of the product development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Are based in Bengaluru and ready to work full-time in-office.
- Have 3+ years of product design experience, ideally at fintech or crypto-native companies.
- Possess a deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, DeFi protocols, wallets, custody, trading, and more.
- Are a confident communicator and facilitator. You lead meetings, guide stakeholders, and advocate for design-backed decisions.
- Think beyond UI. You’re focused on product outcomes, not just aesthetics.
- Can navigate ambiguity, move fast, and work through complexity without losing sight of the user.
A portfolio that showcases a strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with clear problem-solving and design thinking.
