  • People Data and Insights:
Partner with the People Analytics team to develop machine learning models that deliver predictive insights into retention, engagement, and workforce trends.

  • System Integration:
Collaborate with People Technology Systems Administrators to integrate AI technologies into existing platforms like Workday and Greenhouse.

  • Employee Experience Innovation:
Identify opportunities to use generative AI and agents to enhance employee self-service, knowledge management, and communications.

  • Governance and Ethics:
Establish responsible AI practices within People systems, ensuring data privacy, bias mitigation, and compliance with global regulations.

  • Vendor and Tool Management:
Evaluate and implement AI-enabled HR technologies and assess new solutions.

  • Change Enablement:
Partner with the HR team to drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities through training, documentation, and change management.
