Education Mandatory: Graduate in Management with Commerce Background Desirable: M Com, CA OR CA (Intermediate) MBA Finance Experience 10-14 years of experience in Project Management in the non-voice BPO industry and preferably in Finance & Accounting process. Should have handled teams of sizes ranging from 5 to 50, with TL’s & PL/AM’s reporting into him/her Technical Competencies: (Job related) Knowledge of Accounts basic and Fundamentals Strong domain knowledge in at least 2 of the 3 towers of FAO: AP/AR/GL Knowledge of all applications used in the process Should create a baseline documents for referencing future projects Should have worked extensively on MS Office Should possess ERP knowledge SLA/KPI controls Strong customer management skills + internal stakeholders Soft Skills: (Job related) Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills Effective client management Excellent People Management skills Excellent Analytical skills
