We are seeking a talented individual to join our One View Ireland Team at Mercer Tech, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Manager - Applications Development (E)

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in ASP.Net and related technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing high-quality software solutions and a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that meet our business needs.

We will count on you to:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.Net, ASP.Net WebAPI, and WCF.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Implement and maintain database solutions using MSSQL, including writing stored procedures.

• Develop user interfaces using AngularJS, MVC, and WebForms.

• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns in software development.

• Utilize Entity Framework for data access and manipulation.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices in development

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience

• 10 – 12years of experience

• Proven experience in ASP.Net, ASP.Net WebAPI, and WCF.

• Strong knowledge of MSSQL and experience with stored procedures.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including AngularJS, MVC, and WebForms.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

• Experience with Entity Framework.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Leadership: Inspiring and motivating team members, setting a vision, and guiding the team towards achieving goals.

• Conflict Resolution: The ability to address and resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
