- Provide Tier 2 support for core infrastructure services; troubleshoot incidents and restore service quickly.
- Administer and support Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), including patching and secure configuration.
- Support Hybrid identity (Active Directory + Entra ID): access issues, authentication, account lifecycle escalations.
- Support Exchange / email flow configuration and troubleshooting.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams) and network file share access management.
- Support Nutanix / AHV environments (VM lifecycle, operational stability, availability).
- Follow structured incident and change procedures; document actions, fixes, and recurring issues in tickets and knowledge bases.
- Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to tools, processes, and automation.
- Windows Server + Linux administration in enterprise environments (including patch management).
- Hybrid AD + Entra ID troubleshooting (Tier 2 / escalation level).
- Exchange / mail flow troubleshooting experience.
- M365 administration (Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive) + permissions/access management.
- Nutanix/AHV (or equivalent HCI/virtualization) operational experience.
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and structured change/incident management.
- Strong customer-service mindset; strong professional English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.
- Microsoft and/or Red Hat certifications.
- Experience with ManageEngine identity/admin tooling (please specify product if applicable).
- Familiarity with ITSM tooling and knowledge-base practices (e.g., Jira/Confluence-style workflows).
- Project exposure (PMP is optional; include only if you expect delivery ownership).
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zones.
- Hybrid role: requires some on-site attendance in the Pune office (for team collaboration and operational needs).
- Shift work may be required (to support global coverage and operational schedules).
- On-call / after-hours support may be required, including planned maintenance windows and escalations.
