Position Overview
We seek an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter for our organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment that aligns with our business objectives and fosters a positive, productive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Masters Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT Recruitment.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with business goals.
- Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of current technical trends and terminology.
- Familiarity with technical interview processes, including coding challenges, whiteboard exercises, and behavioral interviews.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and timelines simultaneously.
- Ability to assess technical resumes and portfolios, and effectively screen candidates for technical competence.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles at various levels (mid level to senior-level) in a service based or tech company.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.)

The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Optimize Talent Acquisition processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
Reporting Relationship
This position reports directly to the Head Of HR.
