Position Overview

We seek an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter for our organization. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment that aligns with our business objectives and fosters a positive, productive work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Masters Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with business goals.
  • Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.

Required Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of current technical trends and terminology.
  • Familiarity with technical interview processes, including coding challenges, whiteboard exercises, and behavioral interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions and timelines simultaneously.
  • Ability to assess technical resumes and portfolios, and effectively screen candidates for technical competence.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles at various levels (mid level to senior-level) in a service based or tech company.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.)

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Optimize Talent Acquisition processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reduce turnover and improve key talent hires.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organization through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Head Of HR.
