Design, implement, and support Saviynt-based Identity Governance solutions. Configure modules, integrate with directories and apps, build connectors/APIs/scripts for provisioning, troubleshoot production issues, ensure compliance, support user lifecycle workflows, optimize performance, and participate in testing and deployments.
About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Saviynt Developer to design, implement, and support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the Saviynt platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and IT to ensure secure access management, compliance, and automation across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in identity management, hands-on Saviynt experience, and a passion for delivering scalable and secure solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions using the Saviynt platform
- Configure and customize Saviynt modules such as access requests, certifications, workflows, and roles
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories (LDAP/AD), and other systems
- Develop and maintain connectors, APIs, and scripts for automated provisioning and de-provisioning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for production environments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards
- Support user lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
- Optimize system performance and scalability through continuous improvement initiatives
- Document configurations, processes, and technical specifications
- Participate in testing, deployment, and release management activities
What You Bring
- 3–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with hands-on experience in Saviynt
- Strong understanding of IGA concepts such as access control, role management, and certification campaigns
- Experience in Saviynt configuration, including workflows, rules, and access controls
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, REST APIs, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Familiarity with directories such as Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Good understanding of security best practices and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills
- Saviynt certifications (e.g., Saviynt IGA, EIC certification)
- Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow integration
- Understanding of role mining and identity analytics
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of risk-based authentication and zero trust frameworks
