As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting innovative business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable low‑code/no‑code applications, automate business processes, and enable Copilot-driven experiences that improve productivity and business outcomes.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting innovative business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable low‑code/no‑code applications, automate business processes, and enable Copilot-driven experiences that improve productivity and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Viva Engage, and Copilot Studio, seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Own and execute Power Platform backlog items and user stories, managing requirements from intake through deployment and post‑release support.
- Act as a Power Platform Subject Matter Expert, supporting development standards, governance frameworks, environment provisioning, and application lifecycle management within Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft 365 Administrators, business stakeholders, and external partners to build scalable low‑code/no‑code applications and Copilot-based solutions.
- Balance solution development and operational support, diagnosing and resolving issues related to Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint as needed.
- Architect solutions with a strong focus on end‑user experience, performance, reliability, and measurable business impact.
- Prioritize work effectively based on leadership direction, business value, and platform best practices.
- Build and integrate solutions using APIs, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, and Viva.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Graph API, including automation and integration scenarios.
- Solid coding experience with PowerShell and Java, including scripting, automation, and API-based development.
- Experience managing Power Platform governance, environments, security, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support production environments and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Balance solution development with operational support, resolving Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint incidents as needed.
- Design solutions with a strong focus on end-user experience, reliability, and business impact, prioritizing work based on leadership criteria.
- API knowledge especially MS Graph API and Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK required.
- Must have coding skills in PowerShell and Java
