This role is key in shaping brand identity, refining processes, managing workflows, and leading a design team to produce high-quality creative work that aligns with our marketing goals.
-Upholding brand’s identity through logo design, design elements, and typography while contributing & maintaining the standards across all design projects ensuring a consistent look and feel.
- Create engaging and persuasive visuals for Amazon ads, banners, and product images that capture attention and drive conversions.
-Establishing internal processes, setting OKRs, and developing strategies to enhance the design team's productivity.
-Collaborate with different teams to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Required Qualification:
-Proven experience of 2+ years as a creative manager/director or in a similar creative role
-BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
-Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.
-Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing and graphic design
-Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
-Strong background in graphic design and a portfolio of creative work for Amazon Platform
Must Haves/ Skill Competencies:
- Understanding of Design Principles : Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools
- Understanding of Branding
