Trillectric Gridmend Private Limited
Senior Full Stack Engineer – IoT & Data Systems (Tech Lead Path)
Location: New Delhi (On-site )
Company: Trillectric
Industry: CleanTech · IoT · Data Platforms
We are seeking a hands-on full stack engineer who can own requirements end-to-end — from architecture to delivery — and lead the implementation of platform features focused on IoT integration and real-time data systems. You will work closely with product and business teams, break down high-level needs into technical plans, and guide the execution with support from junior developers.
Key Responsibilities🧠 Leadership & ArchitectureTranslate product and business needs into clear technical specs and modular tasks
Define scalable, maintainable system architecture
Set up core frameworks and implementation patterns
Lead by doing: mentor juniors through example, code reviews, and pair programming
Build backend services and APIs using Node.js, including real-time data handling
Develop responsive front-end interfaces in React.js or Vue.js
Integrate with IoT devices, handling data ingestion, formatting, and visualization
Work with MongoDB and time-series databases for structured and unstructured energy data
Maintain code quality, modularity, and system performance
Strong in Node.js: building APIs, services, and real-time endpoints (WebSocket, MQTT)
Proficient in React.js and/or Vue.js for dynamic dashboards
Experience with MongoDB and working with time-series data
Understanding of IoT communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, WebSockets)
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment best practices (AWS preferred)
Self-starter with a strong execution mindset
Able to collaborate across product, hardware, and operations teams
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Clear communicator with ability to simplify and structure technical work
Leadership through doing — not just delegating
4–7 years of full-stack development experience
Prior experience in IoT, energy systems, or data-heavy platforms
Exposure to real-time telemetry, low-latency data flows, or grid/sensor integration
