Senior Full Stack Engineer – Cloud & AI Applications

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong foundations in front end development, cloud engineering, data pipelines, and modern software architecture, and a growing or established focus on AI-enabled applications.
This role spans frontend development, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations. You will design and build secure, scalable digital products that leverage modern cloud platforms and AI/ML capabilities to drive intelligent workflows and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Application Development
Design and build scalable web applications using React with strong HTML/CSS fundamentals.
Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js (TypeScript) or Python.
Design and manage RESTful APIs, including lifecycle management and versioning.
Implement reliability patterns such as idempotency, retries, structured error handling, and resilient service communication.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality user-facing features.
2. Cloud-native Software Engineering (AWS / Azure)
Design, deploy, and operate applications on AWS or Azure.
Build and manage container-based platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
Work with compute, storage, database services, networking, and traffic management.
Implement IAM and least-privilege access control.
Define and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Own CI/CD pipelines, including multi-environment promotion (dev/QA/prod), rollback strategies, and production safeguards.
3. Software Engineering for AI
Design and operate scalable data pipelines using Databricks or Python-based ETL frameworks.
Work with PostgreSQL/SQL databases, NoSQL systems, and modern lakehouse architectures.
Integrate AI/ML services into applications (LLM-based services, embeddings, inference APIs).
Build systems that support near-real-time data ingestion for AI-enabled workflows.
Collaborate on AI system observability, evaluation, and monitoring in production environments.
4. Frontend & UI/UX
Advanced UI architecture patterns (micro-frontends, design systems).
Strong UX sensibility and experience working closely with product/design teams.
Performance optimization and frontend observability.
Experience building AI-driven UI components (chat interfaces, dynamic workflows).
5. Security, Governance & Operational Excellence
Apply security-by-design and zero-trust architecture principles across cloud and APIs.
Implement OAuth2 / JWT-based authentication and authorization.
Ensure safe API exposure and external system integration.
Contribute to monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
Make reliability, performance, and cost-aware engineering decisions.
6. Engineering Practices & Collaboration
Follow structured Git workflows and strong documentation practices.
Use agentic AI-supported coding tools responsibly to improve delivery quality.
Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
(Lead) Define engineering standards and mentor junior engineers.
(Lead) Drive architectural alignment across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI components.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer in production environments.
Expertise in React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and UI integration.
Strong backend development experience (Node.js/TypeScript or Python).
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD.
Experience designing secure, scalable APIs with OAuth2/JWT.
Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and secure architecture.
Experience working with structured data systems (PostgreSQL/SQL).
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
Good to Have (Preferred Capabilities)
A. Cloud & Platform Engineering
Deep Kubernetes expertise and production-grade cluster operations.
Advanced Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation).
Experience with secrets management and network isolation strategies.
Cost optimization and performance tuning in cloud-native environments.
Experience operating distributed systems at scale.
C. AI / ML & Agentic Systems
Experience building or integrating LLM-based applications.
Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Familiarity with Databricks-based ML pipelines.
Understanding of MLOps / LLMOps, model lifecycle management, and observability.
Experience designing multi-agent or agentic workflows.
NLP or language-centric AI experience.
