We are looking for a Senior Financial Representative – Fixed Assets to join our team in Fixed Assets team, reporting to the Manager, US GAAP. You will be responsible for end-to-end fixed asset accounting across global entities in compliance with US GAAP. You will ensure the integrity of the asset lifecycle and maintain rigorous standards for financial reporting and documentation.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Manage the complete fixed asset lifecycle including capitalization, depreciation, transfer, retirement, and disposal in accordance with US GAAP policies
- Review and validate asset capitalization requests to ensure proper classification and maintenance of accurate registers across multiple global entities
- Perform month-end close activities including depreciation runs, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Partner with Procurement, AP, IT, and Tax teams to coordinate intercompany asset transfers and streamline asset-related activities
- Support quarterly and annual audit cycles by preparing schedules and providing guidance to junior team members

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Master’s degree in accounting and finance
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting or a shared services environment
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Exposure to SOX compliance and audit support
- Experience handling large asset volumes and multi-entity environments
