Senior Finance Analyst – Contract to billing 

What this job involves:

Responsibilities:

·       New Client code creation

·       New Contract creation

·       New Project Code creation

·       Set up Client address and other mandatory details in PS required for Invoicing

·       Directly review & coordinate with Business for client invoicing and revenue recognition

·       Submission of invoice to Business or Client as applicable

·       Report the invoicing status to Business or DC team coordinator

·       Complete ownership on invoicing end to end cycle

•          All People Soft data entry related activities Synergy between multiple teams in Finance and Business

• Validation of documents to create the invoice

• Contract approval

• Client invoicing

• Accrual validation & booking

Requirements:

·       Degree holder – preferred B. Com

·       Invoicing / Billings experience of at least 3 year

·       Strong attention to detail, well organised, ability to prioritize work within tight operational and financial deadline

·       High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

·       Fluency in spoken and written English essential

·       Peoplesoft knowledge and experience

·       Strong Excel Knowledge

·       Good Accounting Knowledge, Communication and Analytical Skills
